BuyerBench

A record of the decision, before the result.

BuyerBench decision ledger: filter panel above the decision history

A decision ledger for performance marketers. Record a campaign change, the reasoning behind it, and what you expect to happen before the results arrive.

The problem

Campaign results can change how we remember the decision that came first. A reporting dashboard shows what happened, but rarely preserves what someone expected or why they acted. BuyerBench gives that reasoning its own place in the workflow.

Write it before you know

Capture the proposed change, its context, and the prediction. The original record stays locked so the result cannot quietly rewrite the initial expectation. Search and filters make that history useful beyond a single campaign.

Keep the evidence connected

Add notes, supporting evidence, and tags as the decision develops. Append-only amendments preserve changes to the record. Voiding a decision requires a reason, so an abandoned idea remains understandable in its original context.

Make uncertainty visible

Metric-level statistical power checks help put a planned evaluation in context. The aim is to support a more deliberate decision process without presenting every movement in a dashboard as a reliable signal.

Current scope

The first phase focuses on the decision ledger, searchable history, and supporting evidence. Automated outcome evaluation, AI analysis, and playbooks are future directions, not features claimed in the current build.
